Over 15 Years as an Official Takeuchi Dealer

Argyll Engineers has been an authorised Takeuchi dealer for over 15 years, supplying and supporting Takeuchi construction machinery across Argyll, the Highlands and Islands and the wider West Coast of Scotland.

From our base in Oban, we provide new and used Takeuchi machinery, parts, servicing and aftersales support, backed by years of hands-on experience with the brand.

Built for Tough Working Conditions

Takeuchi has been manufacturing construction machinery since 1963 and has a long history of innovation. In 1971, the company introduced the TB1000, the world’s first 360° compact excavator, helping shape the modern compact excavator industry.

Today, Takeuchi is known for producing durable, reliable and high-performing compact construction equipment designed for demanding working environments.

Takeuchi machines combine powerful hydraulic performance with excellent operator comfort, serviceability and compact designs. With conventional, reduced and minimal tail swing models available across the range, there are options suited to everything from open construction sites to confined and restricted working areas.
